Why is the air ticket not confirmed immediately after payment?

Air tickets are not confirmed immediately after payment for several reasons:


Payment processing: payment processing may take some time. Sometimes it depends on the speed of processing bank transactions or other specific factors of payment systems.


Checking rate availability: once payment has been credited, the supplier checks the availability of the booked rate.


Booking confirmation: it takes some time to issue the ticket from the supplier.


If your ticket is not confirmed within 1-2 hours after payment, we recommend contacting Support service for additional information.
